Our Mission
Houston Yoga Club is here to share yoga with as many people as possible no matter their background, experience or fitness level.
To provide a space where everyone is comfortable pausing to catch their breath, calm their nerves, practice reflection, and lean into gratitude and healthy habits.
To help instructors expand their reach and empower their efforts with a proper venue + an unmatched compensation model.
Our Teachers
Our teachers are humble leaders. They are kind, authentic, intelligent and intentional. We are here to share our understanding of the practice, and help students cultivate their own genuine confidence + ability to self regulate. We are a team. We’re on your team and here for you. We are empathetic and approachable. Our classes are deliberately simple to follow while still challenging.
Our Classes
HYC offers a variety of yoga styles and speeds for any preference. Every day there are multiple, different-paced Vinyasa class options as well as yin and meditation.
Our active classes are typically warm or heated and the restorative are kept at a cooler temperature.
Special events and advanced workshops are also available to support your practice and deepen your understanding of yoga.
